  • Sometimes a hello can make all the difference in feeling comfortable and confident with who you’re talking with!

I am happy to have a video chat together to hear about your hopes for therapy and get to know each other a little bit. It’s the best place to start. I offer a no-fee consultation as an opportunity to meet and determine fit for working together, and for me to assess if my scope of practice meets your counselling needs, and if I’m the right therapist to be working on the problems with you.

  • I offer counselling to adults 18+ (individual counselling) residing in the provinces of Alberta and Ontario. Available in-person or virtual (meeting by video or voice) in Calgary, and virtual throughout Alberta and Ontario.

  • A 55 minute individual therapy session offered via video, voice or in-person is $180.

As part of my social justice-doing, I offer sliding scale spots on a case by case basis when a spot is available. I would be happy to chat with you about it – please feel free to ask!

Fees for service are due at the time of the session and payable by e-Transfer or credit card.

  • I am a Registered Social Worker. Many benefits/insurance providers, including post-secondary benefit plans, cover my professional designation of Master of Social Work (MSW RSW). Please verify your insurance coverage with your health benefits provider.

I do not direct bill however I will provide you with a receipt after payment for you to submit for reimbursement to your benefits/insurance provider.

  • I will forward new client forms for you to review and sign. Your signed consent for service is required prior to our first session.

When we meet we will discuss both of our rights and responsibilities within the professional relationship; this is an important starting conversation and provides an opportunity for you to bring along any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
